May 22
Food + Wine
Pairing Classes

First F+W Class at Ghost Fleet Gallery

Avant Garde Vineyards

We tasted a variety of wines from all over the world as we explored lesser known grape varietals, experimental procedures and wacky winemaking philosophies. Local Wine Guru Tom Doyle led a pairing discussion and offered tastings of the wines, which were  served with a variety of flavor profiles.

Participants were then encouraged to pair their favorite wine with their favorite piece of art!

This one was amazing!
