Outer Banks Epicurean

You’ve traveled to Italy to experience the vineyards, to France for the truffles and to India for the curries. Now you can experience an abundance of epicurean delights right here on the Outer Banks. To celebrate the culinary traditions of northeastern North Carolina, Outer Banks Epicurean offers a variety of cooking seminars, food-source tours and culinary experiences.

Outer Banks Epicurean’s Cooking Classes are led by local chefs & creative food professionals, feature a variety of topics and will include take-home recipes. Some will even feature hands-on participation and/or optional wine or beer tasting! Be sure to sign up early – spaces are limited!

For a more individualized introduction to coastal Carolina cuisine, Outer Banks Epicurean Tours feature a mix and match menu of Outer Banks culinary adventures. Options include local aqua-culture adventures such as off-shore fishing, crabbing and clamming. Local microbrewery, winery and organic farm tours can be added as well as personal cooking lessons, restaurant tours and private wine tastings. All tours are customized and accommodations and transportation can be included.
